Food Vendor Application
We will once again have 3 main locations to book.
Main Marketplace - this area is located near the museum and features the art fair, kid areas, tons of craft vendors, and an entertainment stage. It will be open on Saturday and Sunday.
Arboretum - this area is located on Delaware and Robinwood and features the beer garden and live music. It will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Glenwood - this area is located at Glenwood Park, across from Glenwood school. This year will be bigger and better with more activities, events, and publicity.
The main Marketplace and Arboretum areas will require that vendors load in the day prior to festivities and remain to the end of the festival. No generators will be allowed at these two locations, as we provide power, water, and grey water disposal. Overnight security will be provided and onsite.
Glenwood will be self-supported. We cannot provide water or power at this location, and trucks will load in and out each day.
We are also assessing adding some other self-supported locations to the festival to fill in some gaps in the areas.
Prior to the event, we will be working with the Toledo / Lucas County health department to ensure that we are all on the same page for food safety. The health department will be inspecting all vendors before and during the festival. We will not allow any vendors to participate that do not pass food safety requirements and inspections.
