The Old West End Festival and the Art Fair Committee welcomes you to the 2024 Art Fair. You may apply online -or- by mail (download this application).
To apply online, please do the following by May 15th, 2024.
All vendors are required to show proof of “liability insurance coverage” OR sign a “release of liability to the OWEA” waiver that we will provide.
1) Fill out the Art Fair Application (see below).
2) Email 3 (three) images of current work and 1 (one) image of your booth display to Tara Hubbard at owefestival@gmail.com You can only sell what you are accepted to exhibit. Judges decisions are final.
3) Pay $10 Jury Fee—if you did not participate in the 2023 Art Fair:

Art Fair Guidelines
ARTIST PARKING - Parking is available in the Toledo Museum of Art parking lot across from the Glass Pavilion grounds. You are not to pull up to your booth, but can pull into the turn-around to load and unload. As soon as you have unloaded please remove your vehicle as others will need to access the area. Please be respectful of other artists when loading and unloading!
BOOTH LOCATION - All booth spaces are numbered. Your space is 12’x12’.
NO STAKES will be allowed on the grounds due to the sprinkler system. IF STAKES ARE USED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOW . . . NO EXCEPTIONS!
ARTIST SERVICES - The Art Fair Info. booth is located on the small island between Parkwood Ave. and the turnaround. Complimentary coffee and goods will be available on Saturday from 8 - 9:30 a.m. Restrooms are located near the Food Court on Woodruff or inside the Glass Pavilion.
You are required to be set up for the entire show from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. You can only display and sell articles that have been juried and approved by the Jury Committee. You will be asked to remove anything else.
If you have any questions during the show, do not hesitate to contact a volunteer. They will be roving around should you need a break.
